Site95.com ("Site95", "we", "our", "us") operates free online tools at www.site95.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have when using our website.

Our product catalog includes (and may grow over time):

• PDF Tools — merge, compress, split, rotate, watermark, page numbers, reorder, text to PDF, PDF to JPG, image to PDF
• Image Tools — compress, resize, crop, annotate, convert, passport photo sheet, logo maker, banner maker, remove background
• Resume / CV Builder

We design core tools so your files and work stay on your device whenever possible. This policy describes automatic web data, cookies, advertising, and a few optional local features.

File and document processing — no server uploads for core tools

We do not receive, store, transmit, or process your PDF or image files on Site95 servers for tool operations. Typical file workflows run in your web browser with client-side JavaScript (and libraries such as PDF-lib, PDF.js, and related scripts loaded from CDNs when needed).

When you use those tools:

• Your file is read into your browser’s local memory
• Processing happens on your computer or phone
• The finished file is downloaded directly from your browser
• No copy of your document or image passes through Site95 servers for processing

Because we never receive those files, we cannot recover them, view them, or delete them from “our systems” — they were never on our systems to begin with.

Other tools that run in your browser

• Resume Builder — drafts may be saved in your browser’s localStorage (on your device only). Export/import JSON is under your control. We do not host your CV content on our servers.
• Logo Maker — designs are processed in the browser; optional draft/palette data may use localStorage. Custom fonts you upload stay in browser memory and are not sent to Site95.
• Remove Background — your photo is processed in the browser. AI mode may download a public machine-learning model (weights only, not your photo) from a third-party CDN on first use. Color key and Manual modes do not require that model download.
• QR Generator — codes are generated in the browser from the text or URL you enter.
• Calculators, Timer (stopwatch / countdown), Text tools, Piano / Xylophone — run locally after the page loads; we do not receive your numbers, times, text, or keystrokes for processing.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, we may collect limited technical information when you visit Site95:

• IP address (security and approximate geographic analytics)
• Browser type, version, and language settings
• Operating system and device type
• Pages visited, time spent, and referring URL
• Date and time of visits

This information is collected through standard web server access logs and may be processed by analytics services (including Google Analytics) to help us understand traffic patterns, fix errors, and improve page performance. We do not use this data to identify you personally unless required by law.

Third-party services and CDNs

Our website loads resources from trusted third-party providers. These services may receive your IP address when your browser requests their files:

• Font Awesome and JavaScript libraries (Cloudflare CDN / cdnjs, jsDelivr, and similar)
• PDF-lib, PDF.js, JSZip, QRious, and related libraries for tool functionality
• Optional AI model assets for Remove Background (IMG.LY / related CDN hosts) — model files only, not your photos
• Optional web font APIs (for example Fontshare) when you pick certain logo fonts

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We select widely used CDNs for reliability, but we do not control their data practices directly.

Contact form information

If you submit our Contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell contact form submissions to third parties.

Messages are sent via server email (PHP mail). Retention depends on our email system; we delete routine support mail when no longer needed.

Children’s privacy

Site95 is a general-audience website and is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through our contact form, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data security

We use HTTPS encryption for all pages on Site95. Because PDF and image files used in our tools are not uploaded to our servers for processing, the greatest privacy protection for your documents is our client-side architecture — not server-side security alone.

No method of Internet transmission is 100% secure. We take reasonable steps to protect log data and contact messages, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent to us by email or contact form.

Your rights and choices

You can clear local tool drafts anytime by clearing site data in your browser (or using in-tool clear/reset where provided).
